A bold brand built on strong beliefs.

Echelon is a cybersecurity firm that knows their purpose. They know exactly why they do the work they do and what drives them. Security is personal, and they take their mission to heart.

We teamed up with Echelon to turn their steadfast calling into a brand that would shape their organization and launch them into the market. As a startup, they wanted to stand out from other firms, not just for their approach to cybersecurity, but for their dedication to protecting clients, connecting with people and contributing to the cyber community.

The Echelon name was inspired by the intention of the echelon formation. The idea that a staggered but unified front provides excellent range of vision and protection to each ally. The staggered formation gave rise to the Echelon brand and logo—a brand mark that reflects the echelon formation, identifying security gaps and leveling up your security capabilities through a partnership with a firm completely invested in your right to personal and organizational security.

Cybersecurity is a basic human right.

We developed the Echelon brand and website rooted in the mission that cybersecurity is a basic human right, and a design ethos that had deep connections to early web and coder culture to rally new recruits and set Echelon apart in an increasingly crowded market.

Brand as a calling.

We applied the brand across all channels, including digital, sales and marketing materials, internal communications and industry insights. The brand has connected personally with clients, served as a rally cry for internal teams and elevated recruiting efforts.

A website to set Echelon apart.

The Echelon Risk + Cyber website brings their mission to the market through a strong voice and bold visuals.

We built the website from the ground up on the Craft CMS platform, and took great care on every piece of content and every design detail and animation. Their Intelligence publication is a clear market differentiator, highlighted with a bold alert red presence.

Feel good results.

The Echelon brand has connected personally with clients while simultaneously serving as a rallying cry for internal teams boosting engagement and collaboration and elevating recruiting efforts.

In the six months since their launch, Echelon has grown its team of three to an elite, purpose-driven force of 15 well-matched employees. They’ve found their talent, each one boasting impressive pedigrees and aligned values. And they’re equipped to provide an intimate level of human-centered digital security services to meet the needs of a modern digital world.

The brand we built together serves as a beacon, attracting talent and clientele each yearning to be part of something meaningful. It’s a story of true synergy between a team of people and a brand identity. Every interaction and every social media campaign is an opportunity to strengthen their message.

You all understand what we are going for, and you convey it visually so well (and then some, with all the little touches).

As a lifelong computer enthusiast and hacker, I love being able to identify with the aesthetic of the company I work for. I could go on, but overall, thank you.

I stumbled across a post shared on LinkedIn about Echelon Risk + Cyber, and I’ll be honest, the branding itself caught my attention. Whoever created the company brand, logo and copyediting did a FANTASTIC job. As I searched through the website, the mission of the company really stands out to me. I’ve been seeking a way to transition my career to be within this sect of IT, and I haven’t had a company to really speak to me through their website before, but you all found a way to do it. The passion is clearly evident which is exceedingly rare nowadays and for that reason I would love to send in a resume/cover letter for the Offensive Security Consultant position.
